Return Policy

Eligibility Overview
      General return services are accessible for most physical commodities obtained through regular purchase channels. A small number of special categories may not support return services due to inherent product attributes, which can be consulted through official service channels in advance.
Return Precondition
      To complete a valid return, commodities should retain intact outer packaging, complete accessory parts and original attached labels, without obvious traces of use, abrasion or artificial damage. Any abnormal state that affects secondary circulation may affect the pass of return review.
Service Reminder
      After receiving your return application, the service team will conduct preliminary sorting and verification. Subsequent processing progress will be promoted in accordance with unified service processes, and relevant feedback will be given appropriately.
      Return time: Within 30 days after receiving the items.
      We will refund as soon as we see normal logistics.
